Carolyn Johnson was born in South Bend, Indiana. She went to the University of New Mexico to get her degree in Art History over 30 years ago. As a student, she became very interested in the churches and old missions of New Mexico. As a wife and mother of 4 children, she has found time to model 65 different churches into little wooden ornaments. All of the ornaments are expertly detailed to show the history of the church in it's walls.
